When you register and create your account at onemillionkids.org, we’ll remember your information so that the checkout process is a breeze. You’ll also be able to store all your addresses and check your order history too.

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes, you can. You can also check your order status via a customer service agent (telephone or email) without registering, but registering will give you access to more information about your order.

What will you do with my information after I register?

Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from the “your account” page. For more information on our privacy policy, click here.

What if I forget my password?

No problem. Unfortunately we don’t have access to your password, but you can reset it by clicking here or we can reset it for you email you a new a temporary one – you’ll need to set a new password upon logging back into your account. We can’t email passwords to a different email address than the one used to register.

When I enter my name during registration, is it secure?

We use the Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than onemillionkids.org. For more information on SSL click here.

When I register, will I be receiving One Million Kids For Equality email promotions?

Yes. When you register or place an order with us, you are automatically added to our mailing list.
